Refreshing morning routine :) I have a question, my wrists seem to hurt or are tired out by being in all fours positions/downward dog for a long time like in this video, any tips on how to avoid that or strengthen them? As always, thank you!

Thank you so much for practising with me again Dalia and that's a great question! I'm actually planning a wrist and hand strengthening practise which should be up in the next couple of weeks....
