Very interesting person. Seems open and honest and they touch on a demographic we don't hear from often in such an honest way. Thank you Mark. Editing my comment to say, I like you Pippi. It's refreshing to hear from someone who has seen so much and has your depth of understanding. I wish we could have heard more from you.

I think when you’ve been bullied and told who you are, you need to dig deep and be truly in touch with yourself to survive. Also when there is no expectation of good, you have no boundaries so can be as ‘weird’ as you like.

I know Pippi personally. I have known him for years back when we both did stand up comedy in San Francisco. They say those that do comedy are often folks that have deep struggles and demons and making light of that on stage can be cathartic and in some cases healing. Comics are truth tellers. The ones that say the hard things and manage to bring light and levity to shine in the darkness. That is the Pippi I know. While I was not aware of all of his struggles, I can say with absolute certainty that he is a truth teller with something to say. It’s heartening to read the comments and know that people see what I see...a kind, thoughtful, intelligent, funny, & insightful human. We should all hope to know ourselves so well. Pippi, if you are reading this, I look fondly back on the times we spent in the same comedy circles, and I wish for you peace and healing and the love you so completely deserve. We see you, Pippi. We see you.

Pippi you are a rare diamond. You have this glorious combination of high IQ, lovely speaking voice, insights about yourself and others, self deprecating humor, amusing chuckle, honesty, lots of life experience. Why do you say you have a shitty personality? You say you feel alone but we are ALL alone. I say, come on over. It's a beautiful Fall day here in New York, I have chicken in the oven, Aretha playing, kitty at my feet, and getting ready to bake a pumpkin pie. It's quiet in the neighborhood, gorgeous leaves outside. I'd like nothing better than to have a chatty afternoon with YOU! This really is one of the best interviews I've ever watched on SWU. Pippi is articulate, incredibly intelligent, insightful and has a really wonderful perspective into the human condition. As a current postgrad in Psychology, I genuinely believe that this is the path that Pippi should explore. I'm no spring chicken myself and deciding to study psychology later in life is challenging but life experience only enriches ones grasp of psychology....Pippi would be a perfect candidate and has so much to offer. Wishing Pippi so much love and luck in his life - I absolutely believe that Pippi is a late bloomer and has so much to offer the world. 💞 And I'm so jealous of those spectacles 👀💅

As a Christian, I've always been fascinated, yet heartbroken at many of the SWU interviews. The world is so harsh and so broken and people need to know what genuine, unadulterated love feels like. This interview touched me differently than many others I've seen. Pippi has such a chance at success in life. For someone who is a hoarder, klepto, and a compulsive gambler, he sees his problem and understands why he is the way he is, which is very rare. I wish Pippi lived close to me, because I would honestly love to develop a friendship with him. He is very articulate and very intelligent for how broken he is. He's has more smarts than most people I know. Thank you Mark for introducing us to him. I really hope you have a follow up with him. He will be in my prayers

I understand Pipi, I also don't have family and no support system and safe space. I was adopted into an extremely physically mentally and emotionally abusive household and left the morning I turned 18. I'm almost 47 yrs old and it gets harder every single fucking day to be alone with no support system. When I was around 19 I remember having the thought that having no family would get easier with age because I'd "just get so used to it" lol funny thoughts of a kid. Even on my best days I wish something would just take me out and get me off this planet already. It extremely lonely and sucks here without a real support system. I gotta say though, I think you're pretty fukn fabulous 🤩 A few ppl in the comments have suggested that you start a KZbin channel and I fully agree, I would love to follow your journeys, the good and the not so good, the real shit. It makes me sad that anyone has to go through difficulties in life like this. You can tell he has a good heart & seems to be honest, even to the point of telling his deepest darkest secret. I respect every single person that I’ve watched on here so far. I’m really glad that you give these people a platform to take about real life struggles that millions of people deal with but stay silent out of shame. I hate to think about people feeling all alone. In reality everyone has problems, but Pippy speaks in a way that just reminds me of an artist who has a canvas and paints it their way, and the work speaks of themsevles. It is like Pippy took his story and painted a masterpiece. I sure hope that his life will get better. God bless you Pippy, you are special, and in a good way.
