Hello beautiful people! :))) I put together a pdf with the written routine so you can have it and do it whenever and wherever you like without having to listen to me over and over xD It also has some extra things like rest time and optional sets/reps. Give this routine a shot and I promise your handstand hold will increase! Of course, don't forget to still practice your handstand daily and apply everything we have covered so far. Feel free to ask any questions down below; I'll try to respond as much as I can. Much love each one of you

Come on man, why do you need our email addresses? I don't like these kind of methods at all (fishing for emails by promising a free pdf to beginners), I guess you are learning from Chris very quickly. Please don't be like that, if you say something is free then make it truly free like an honest person would do and not in exchange for personal data.

So nice that you did this video as i'm struggling to hold longer than 15-20 seconds! Haven't thought of the finger extensions yet and will definitely try them out

gabo I want to thank you, first I had no progress at all and now at the time, I've got more progress in my handstand (which is 2 seconds) the last weeks. keep going on with your video's they are very inspiring and motivating

Started doing handstands 4 months ago from zero. I can now get into it, and hold the balance for maybe 3-4 seconds before I lose balance. This video is really helpful!!!

I have been focusing on the details more and more lately. This video falls in like with everything I have been practicing. Thank you for reaffirming my approach. The handstand series has been amazing for my handstand development. Thanks Gabo! Oh yeah! Max hold is about 15 seconds but not consistently. Balance is my biggest issue.

Amazing video bro this is going to help big time I know it haha. At the moment I can hold a good handstand without moving for around 5-10 seconds. I can honestly say that I've came a long way. I still remember those days when I couldn't even hold myself against a wall. You're a HUGE inspiration in my handstand journey. Keep up the amazing videos

Great video! just recently started calisthenics and i slowly wanna work my way up to handstand holds. On the wall, i can do it for 1-2mins, depending on form, but off wall is like 2 seconds :D so, your whole handstand teaching videos are much appreciated! i love em all! Thanks a lot man!

i can hand walk for 40 seconds but stand for only 5-10 seconds.. i have to walk a bit before i can stabilize into a stand though.. completely self taught.. really digging these great tips and realistic routines..

The best handstand video i saw so far. Love it. I can hold the handstand right now something to 5 to 10 sec. Will do your program for 2 month and check my time then 💪

Awesome as always! Thank you brother! I can hold the handstand for about 15 sec's, but I'm not using a clock at the moment. I will next time and I will comment again. I will concentrate more on which are my weaknesses and try to improve them

Thank you, this video is really helpful. I'll start practicing these drills and will see the results. Been training handstand for almost a year now. I have started with zero balance, and now I'm getting better at it, it kind of clicks into my fingers and wrists. My record in balance without the wall it's about 7-second max. Shoulders sometimes collapse, so probably your drills will be appreciated. Core it's not so strong, as I tend to break my line by closing/opening/moving the hips. It's all a work in progress!!! But really enjoying step by step the whole journey. Namaste!

Yo Gabo, I’ve been practicing your daily routine for almost 2 weeks. I max out at about 4-5 seconds. I’m not sure what my biggest weakness is, probably balance due to lack of mobility. Thanks for all of your info!

I can hold the handstand for 1 min 30 secs but i have to improve my position because lack of flexibility in my shoulders, but i will take my time to fix it following your tips 💪 great videos gabo! I'm recomending them to all my friends beginning with the handstand

Hey gabo my name is Mihail Kynov i resently startet watching your chanel and i think it has some good information to learn from you thank you for shairing it and making us viewers feel so loved i can hold the handstand for 1 min and 10/15 sec and can make like 3/4 push ups but i lose balance and cant do it on bars but hope when i try your rotein it will become better

gabo, tus videos y tu poder de yoga y calistenia es espectacular, el handstand es el peor movimiento que se me da y es el que mas me gusta, siempre he tenido problemas con el, no consigo la clave para poder hacerlo bien, llego al punto y lo hago derecho pero me desconcentro mucho termino doblando mi cuerpo y lo pierdo, pero nunca me rendire hasta hacerlo como tu! haha, saludos desde venezuela mi pana

My max hold for free standing handstand is 5 secs . I lack shoulder strength and endurance thats why I keep falling after 5 secs of hold.....and thanks for the routine you gave

Thank you Gabo for this step by step series ! I ve been working on handstands for a while now via the ThenX programm and I have to say that my Goal is go into a handstand just like you ! Smooth AS FUCK! Keep up the good work , you are a beast and so motivational ! PS : My max hold is 30 Seconds without assistance but I couldnt hold it straight , I was walking the forward and backward , I do know I have to use my fingertips in order to keep balance so I got to fix that soon :D

Lol I can't even hold a handstand. I do realize what I'm at least doing wrong. I'm not getting the practice that I need, but that's going to change. From now on learning a handstand is my number one priority.

Been doing handstands since April 4th, as in started the handstand journey then. I can get a 3 second hold if I’m lucky, my issue is balance, I believe with time I can increase handstand hold time, but I need the balance first
