In this video, a simple recipe and method of cooking canned fish from river fish in tomatoes at home with vegetables without an autoclave - in a pressure cooker multivark. The taste of fish in tomato will be the same as in the store, only tastier, cheaper and better.
Recipe canned fish for 3 half-liter (0.5) jars
900 g of peeled fish
1 medium carrot
2 medium onions
3 tbsp tomato paste
100-120 ml. vegetable oil
150 ml of water
1 tsp table 9% vinegar
2.5 tsp salt or to taste
3 tsp sugar
In each jar we put
7 peas of black pepper
1 pea of allspice
Half a bay leaf
A pinch of cilantro (optional)
