Hey man I have the same bike.. just got my panniers today they look awesome.. as far as soft luggage I have dry spec system the D106 package they are great got them from twisted throttle.. quality bags !... also I am gonna get some water proof pannier bags so you can load more stuff inside without everything falling out cause they are not top load panniers ..revzilla has them like 38 liter bag for around I think $ 40.00 and a bigger one for the larger side pannier.. a lot of guys do this .. also then you can always strap them on the outside of bike if ever needed.
