I’m about to make millions by designing a mansion, but instead of an interior, I burn it all and ruin it. Rich people would still eat it up. Half the couch is going to be torn and burnt to ashes, the bed ‘mattress’ will be made of marble (elegant, yet so very bad for your back), the front door will just be a cheap screen door from Home Depot, the chandelier will hang so low you can’t avoid hitting your head on it on the way in, I’ll spray graffiti on the walls myself (and I’m not a very good artist of course, but that’s okay because art is subjective, and this is my masterpiece), and the kitchen won’t even have many appliances, just a fridge and a microwave because “less is more.” Simplicity is beautiful...

9:00 "it's probably haunted?" Me: "yea, probably from the souls of workers that died then just built over top of." Charlie: "ya probably is, do you know how many workers died transporting all that marble here? They just buried them." Salute Charlie.

2:10 I’m in architecture school rn and I can confirm that this is exactly what teachers want you to do and punish you for designing normal realistic projects. Pretty annoying

I love that in Charlie's mind, the only thing Pierce Brosnan has ever been in is the James Bond movies

I can't imagine being able to live in that house for more than one day without getting sick. The amount of random colors, white, pastel and all makes me feel sick. It makes me feel like I'm back in my Elementary school building and it's not a pleasant feeling.

I’ma be real here, I like the vibrancy. I would do away with some of the obnoxious colored walls and the stupid rich people things like the peeling bed frame but overall, I like the variety of colors and I can vibe with this.

at least they got some value, unlike NYC's terrible commercial shop. (Louis rossman visited a dilapated, molded, burned and gutted first-floor of a building in suburban area. the stairs were missing btw) sold for a million.

Going off how interested and invested Charlie is with certain things he watches on KZbin, ex) Ordinary Sausage, slapping, possibly more. It wouldn’t surprise me if he learned how to install marble in his house and made a video of it in the style of the toilet video.
