@@angelaw7933 That law is unconstitutional. The first amendment guarantees the right to free speech even it it means deliberately misgendering someone out of spite. Looking into this bill (not a law), it had been passed by the state house. It has to be passed by the senate for it to end up on the governor's desk and the governor can decide if she wants to sign it into law. Even if it became a law, it would be overturned by the Supreme Court because of the first amendment of the constitution.
