Oh Debbie! This makes me so happy. Yes, our audiences often don't realise how hard we work until they try it! I always say to my new students that it takes about five weeks to even discover which muscles you are using and then it gets easier and easier from there. It is really good for posture and your organs too, and also for brain function and emotional health. Ah so many benefits 😀

Fantastic Gina. I am so pleased to read that. There are so many moves in belly dance that it can seem overwhelming, but knowing it would be impossible to learn them all helps 😂 Focus on perfecting the basics, and in your solo, have fun with your favourite moves only. Choose a song you love and you will have the best time.

I sweat so much between my legs thank youuu But after 8.30 min. When you showed you stomach in the side perspective would me easier for me to learn. For the first time it was not so easy but i am sure tomorrow will it better.
