Very interesting and I would like to learn more on this topic. I’ve always been reluctant to recommend a keto-based diet for weight loss due to the probability of non-sustainability and use of processed foods.

As a dietetic student I believe it is possible because you are comsuming such a high amount of fat on a daily basics despite it may be healthy fats. Adverse effects are still possible as the body was not meant to comsume such a high percentage of fat. But more specifically a high percentage of fat for long periods.
