Correct. Moderation is the key but isolating food items which you crave might not be helpful. People tend to eat those later in larger quantities.

I accept her method it is also like intuitive eating I do the same I-have lost 5 kg in one and half a month with pcos. I normally try to eat healthy meals but when I crave something I eat it and then continue. It is the best way to have a healthy relationship with food 😊

Phir Iftaar mai 2 khajoor aur mix fruits aur drinks me 2 option 1glass pani mai half lemon ya Coconut water bas koi pakoda meetha nhi. Dinner me humne roti nhi khaai bas portion control me chawal ghar mai jo khana ho wo. Uske sath 30min se 1H walk aur 30min cardio wagera. Aur maine fat lose pe zyada tawajjoh diya tha iss liye high protein diet liya tha. Waise weight maintain rakhne ke liye 1 roti aur ek katori chawal lete hain aur shuru me bahar ka ya meetha kuch nhi khaya. Aur sab ki body ki requirement alag hoti hai male female se bhi bahot farq padta hai aur jo mere upar work kiya jaruri nhi ki wo kisi aur pe bhi work kare jo apki maintenance calories hai usse kam khana hai.

Hey (to anyone reading this), Im not tryna lose weight but I just wanted to have more of a healthier lifestyle while making sure that I gained some muscle so here are some tips from me (i was cutting btw): So i would always track my protein and calorie intake where my goal was 80-90g of protein (due to my body weight being 45kg) and 1,500 calories per day. This also included a 40min weight training workout which would focus on one muscle of the body per day (workout 5 times a week and rest days were on the weekends). I would also use protein powder and never used any sort of canola oil. Olive oil was by far a lot healthier and made sure that I was consuming healthy fats during the day as well. So for breakkie i would make eggs in olive oil and have 2 whole grain toasts. I really advise anyone to not use white bread. It is seriously not a good option if your on a calorie defecet. I would also try to drink 3-4L of water and complete 10,000 steps on weekends (i didnt have time to walk that much on weekdays) and I wouldn't be afraid to include greek yogurt with a bunch of berries and fruits as a snack. Majority of my workouts were weight training but I would make sure to add a bit of cardio as well. Hope this helps!! :)
