I really enjoyed listening to your story! You’re amazing success! When I used to run up to 17 miles! Then i needed hip surgery! I was down to 160! Since i can’t run anymore! My weight creeped up to 195! I still go walking! Lift weights! I’ll be 56 in June! I want my lean body look back! When I was on keto I was eating 6 eggs everyday! Then i stopped keto with thot 6 eggs! I go between 3 or 2 with egg whites! Whole wheat muffins! Greek yogurt blueberries!! Can you share what you eat in a day?

Thank you for sharing. There are too many unsustainable diets that people fall for that only offer temporary results. Counting macros is the only sustainable way

If it fits your macros, with mostly whole foods together with intermittent fasting, strength training and walking definitely have been key for me to get and stay in shape at 37 🔥💪😊

I believe low carb can help lose weight at the expense of muscle. At least this has been my result of cutting carbs.

Low carb is terrible. Your energy and strength goes way down, I don't care what anyone says. I've experimented and anything lower then your body weight in G/carbs per days you suffer in the gym.
