You can bake all that bacon at once. Cookie sheet, parchment paper, all the bacon strips, 400’ oven. 10-20 minutes ( depending on thickness) then flip strips and cook until done.

I love bacon that way but find that the grease makes a big mess in my oven. How do you keep the grease from getting all over inside the oven?

@@KarenMarchell My favorite way so far is in a deep, large pot or even an instapot on open sear, if you have one. I cut strips in half our 4ths, & can prep up to 4lbs at a time, stirring every few mins til crispy done. No mess or splatter on me whatsoever, easy out with tongs or slotted spoon. Plus simple to pour off & save bacon fat, wipe out w/paper towel~ all done.

Like the idea of that pull up bar/assist band, doesn't seem to take up too much horizontal space. Now have to go look & measure, would be awesome to squeeze that in somewhere. Neah, are you limiting salt to experiment or simply to taste? Just curious. 3 yrs in & I still seem to want ample salt, if I'm eating intuitively- which is most always. Have noticed I want less after fasting though, which makes sense I guess. Even that isn't purposeful however, I'm just not hungry enough to eat some days, maybe 24-36 hrs here &~ usuually coincides w/lower activity periods though. *Loved the splash pad clean up idea on your way home. Moms become so resourceful=) Was also impressed by your planking~ can't remember if you did that challenge w/the group awhile back or not? Regardless, yay you on 2 minsSamantha in AZ

I'm lucky. I live on a farm, and the farm across the street has cows. I just walk over there to get my grass fed beef. Also, are you a carnivore that drinks coffee? I know a bunch that don't do coffee or tea or even seltzer!
