To this day I regret the time I saw Jay Cutler sitting in the airport in SLC back in the early 2000's. He was in his prime and was absolutely HUMONGOUS! I knew it was him and he was just sitting by himself. All I wanted to do was meet him, I would never ask him or anyone for an autograph or anything. Had I known what a great guy his from watching his videos on YT I wouldn't hesitate to approach him. Thanks for all the info and motivation Jay!

Sure 15-20 but pick a resistance where those 15-20 go to failure. Increase that resistance over time so that you’re always going to failure. Keep that bodyfat under 12, and make sure to eat in a calorie surplus so you add on muscle tissue.

Alternate cardio and ab work to reduce body fat around the gut. Cardio every other day. Abs every other day.
@Mikaeel8411 ай бұрын
What is this "conditioning" you speak of? Either you're building, maintaining, or losing muscle. You can also build endurance with them which could help you hold them flexed for longer.
