@@roserevancroix2308You have a great deal of internal biases and generalizations skewing your perspective. I understand you’ve probably been through a bad relationship or two but we’re on a science and logic based channel here. Sometimes working out, for example, doesn’t work for someone. Maybe they get injured or make little progress. There are two ways to approach that problem. Check your own form, rep ranges, weight used, variations, etc. Or you can just say “nah this exercise stuff just doesn’t work 🤷♂️”. Obviously the guy declaring that exercise “doesn’t work” would be flawed in his reasoning right? Because he didn’t stop to think that maybe the exercises(women) he stumbled upon weren’t compatible with him, or the form (your own behaviors or biases) was skewing his progress. But sometimes a lack of experience or understanding in a field can bias your perspectives. And the best way to defeat these biases is to question yourself, and say, “maybe i just got unlucky with the exercises i tried” or “maybe because of my lack of experience my form was messing up my progress”. Apply this to your life and meet more women, in a variety of environments, and you’ll find that your perspective isn’t totally wrong(there are some examples of that being the case) but it’s DEFINITELY not holistically correct, and the variance between one woman and the next is often massive. Sincerely, someone who bases their perspectives off of logic and reasoning.

Did this as a noob and my legs were spent for the next couple of days. Loved it and looking for an upper body version. 👍

Oh my God! I am doing this workout right now and it is beyond brutal. But i love it!

I think it actually sends a bad message to other women trying to look like her. The reason she was struggling so much with the exercises is because butt implants don't take time, pain and dedication like organically built glutes do.

Are you sure? Morocoon ladies always come with with a big one, even doing nothing ever.

Does she say she has butt implants? It could very easily be genetics / body mechanics. Still leads to a similar dynamic (a body achieved by luck and not work), but not all aesthetic bodies are built by surgeons, and importantly, I think being realistic about the HUGE impact genetics have on all of us creates a more even and realistic playing field than just assuming people have had surgery

@@noteventherain probably BBL, not implants

As a seasoned connoisseur of NATURAL glute development and visual appreciation where possible... at 13:22, you can clearly see those gluteal muscles and iliotibial band working hard at the top of that range of motion. From my extensive research (a.k.a. countless hours doom scrolling past annoyingly misshaped examples), I can confidently say this is not a BBL situation. That’s just good old-fashioned hard work and mediterranean genes folks.

Its a fake one, else she wouldnt have trouble squatting 7.5kg

@@AwhdaniyUshn Doesn't mean it's "fake". It's just not all muscle. Lots of women store fat in their butts before other places.
@RthereNEusernames7 ай бұрын
@@AwhdaniyUshn she could just have genetics that make her store fat there. She doesn't have huge legs either, which obviously play a large role in squats. Women are also relatively weak in general, especially natty ones. And finally, keeping constant tension on your quads is obviously going to burn like a mother fucker by rep 15.
