"Get enough sleep." That explains quite a bit. I'm a night owl with a job that requires me to clock in at 6 am.

Sleep is difficult man. For me it took lots of time to realise I was afraid of stuff - and angry. But fear, not assertively addressed, over time can lead to anger. Once I realised that I was in fear AND to afraid to acknowledge it, my sleep returned bit by bit. It's still l not brilliant but atleast I can sleep most nights. The reason is because I suppose I am still afraid of some things... so it's that understanding of it being ok to be scared of stuff.. because life is what it is. We all feel fear. We must Face Everything And Recover. (This is one of the best acronymns you will ever hear - atleast it was for me !) Hope you find some sleep man.

I've definitely been that stubborn guy with only a king left on the board and managed to end it in a draw where many may have resigned

What about the our opponent later on then? Do they always win? But if they do, then how do we win? You can't have both players win at the same time. It's called a draw.

Pretty much but the database is more detailed. It helps players recognise different openings and variants much better in my opinion
@PsychoSledgeHammer12372 ай бұрын
@@MayhemChessI did a google and the mason variation is actually f4 instead of Bf4
@MayhemChess2 ай бұрын
As far as I know the f4 version is normally called the “stonewall attack” but I wouldn’t pay much attention to the names of the openings personally. The database helps understand the variations but the moves are the ones you need to remember.
