Bhai true gold nuggets.... I have been on KZbin fitness scene for the past 4-5 yrs and not even international fitness KZbinrs (good ones) gave me the nutrition advice which I got today... Best way to explain. I watched it again n again now digested. One qts is there... if we are not taking our balanced diet but total calories are in place... what happens then? For Example.. protien p/day requirement is 160, carbs required 300 and fats required is 60 What if i take 180 protien, 150 carbs and 50 fats... and might also be completing total calories... what will happen to me in this case where total calories may or may not as per requirement but protien, fats and carbs are quite upset... as per above example

Bhai agar dekha jaye toh khane ko ham count nahi kar sakhte sabse best rule hai agar fatloss karna hai toh caloric deficit mei khaye aur bulk bana hai toh surplus mei

nice information i am eating 2700 calories on average per day with gym for 6 days and still no fat loss I'll try to do this for next two weeks and calculate my maintenance calories :D
