How many oz gloves should I buy? I am about 195lb, 5yrs of martial arts, ex-law enforcement. However, I have rarely used a bag. I am gonna buy the 250lbs Ring Side bag. In regards to gloves, the cost isn’t an issue. I will happily spend extra for good quality. Thank you!
