0:35 To add to that disclaimer, as soon as the yeast is added, alcohol is being produced. That means *you then have to be of legal handling age to be able to even work with it after that.* So if you can get a job handling alcohol in your state, you can still interact with the beer, even if you're 2-3 years underage to drink it. If you're under 18-19, though, it's safest legally to not even help bottling or anything.

Fun Fact: I have a homebrew beer kid and i'm about to start using it! I actually just made my own batch of mead (a small batch) and some friends of mine are looking into making their own mead! It feels like, with Brian and Jason there, that this video was more geared towards the novice or entry-level brewer. With that being the case, it seems kind of counterintuitive that they demonstrated it with things like an oxygen tank as opposed to the more labor-intensive but newbie-friendly ways like just stirring it in a brew bucket.
