Building rapport is so important. I just followed up with a prospect who right away scheduled his appointment for his business because he knows, likes and trusts me. Another prospect said, she thought I was a friend of hers. If I can make them laugh, I can get them to talk to me.

It's nice to know that I was already doing some of these things but never realized I was doing. I can definitely apply this more and the new topics you discussed. Thank you sir.

I GREATLY believe in building rapport. What do we do with clients who can tell you’re trying to know them personally but they want to get straight to the point?
