Sir please ek video banayi kis tarike se hum apne backbend,forward bend,handbalance weekly divide kar sake..jabh backbend ka practice karte hai toh lagta hai ki hand balance ka practice nahi huwa..aur jabh hand balance karte hai to lagta hai hip opener nahi huwa..hamesha lagta hai kuch na kuch chut gaya..balance kaise kare usse pe ek video banaye please
