You're welcome. 🙏 To pull the kneecaps up deliberately bring your weight back into the heels by lifting all the toes up (the balls of the feet can still be on the floor). This action of lifting all the toes up can help bring awareness into the lift of the kneecaps which is actually an activation of the quadricep muscles (the big muscles on the front of the thighs). If lifting only the toes doesn't bring this into effect, try also lifting the balls of the feet. Hope that helps. 🙂
