Hello Mam, I've been following you consistently. I live in London and as part of the Routine checkups I've done cervical smear test for me and they said I've Cervical ectropion and that's why I've been bleeding for the past 3 months sometimes it's bleeding sometimes it's reddish brownish discharge that I can't live without a pantyliner or a pad. They said there is no treatment for this and we can only do laser surgery which is painful and not permanent. Please help me with this Mam

Namaste Shekhar Ji, Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2 hrs after eating. Hope this helps

Namaste. Listen to your body and align your practice accordingly. It’s important to listen to your body as everybody is different / Namaste. Apne sharir ki suno aur apne abhyas ko uske anusar sahi karo. Yeh zaroori hai ki aap apne sharir ki sunen kyunki har kisi ka sharir alag hota hai.
