I came to the comment section for second opinions on her form because I was told you should hinge forward slightly at the hip, but she is saying stand erect. Well well to my chagrin… all I see is comments about her looks. Think. Why do you fall into commenting about a woman’s looks instead of the content? When I go to a male trainer’s comment section never do I see so many comments about their hair, face, or overall attractiveness ugh. (this goes for the women and men commenters)

That's not even fully correct form and also she didn't explained what head of the tricep it hits. Obvious is for the lateral head.

Many cable machines aren't as tall as this one so you might need to flex at the hips and lean forward in order to get the proper form/angle because the cable only goes to head height. So some people might put one foot forward and one back to steady themselves or if you're hips or thighs are getting in the way of completing the full range of motion staggering your stance gets around that problem.

I must confess I was initially pessimistic and a bit amused at a woman demonstrating "good form" in weight training. She is perfect ! And what's more is that she suffers no ego defficiencies very unlike the many musclermen we see on u tube who are probably using much more weight than they can handle and demonstrating probably How Not to perform a particular exercise. These are perhaps the best Exercise Videos I have seen on U tube. Simple , and true to form. Thank you!

I thought the convention for consistency is to consider triceps contraction exercises as "pushes" and biceps exercises as "pulls" (or curls).

the (supposed "wrong form") reps between 1:00 - 1:03 were the best aggresive muscle building reps, form wise... who cares you are using a little bit of momentum and/or other muscle groups? Bodies are flexible and dynamic. Experts these days take "isolation" a little bit too serious and literal. We don't have to do every rep at fixed cartesian angles.
