大変参考になります アクぬきは必要ないのでしょうか？

アク抜きの必要はありません。生のワラビを茹でて干すだけです（これが大変ですが）。 また、戻す際もアク抜きはしないので、ワラビを干して食べる場合はアク抜きの工程はありません。 是非、ワラビを楽しんでくださいね。
