🌴chef santosh , it looks like the same way you would do Kohada , sardines are a very soft flesh fish I’ve had them once but didn’t care for them only because of the soft texture , maybe they didn’t salt them good enough to firm up the flesh ? Or leave them in salt for the required time , I’ve done this to thread fin herring and blue runners 👈🏼 they look like small Bonita , small fish are often over looked , they are a little bit of work but can be really good when prepared right, another interesting video ,👍🏼 thanks
