I couldn’t sleep because my head has hurting so much that it was all I could focus on. I watched this video and did the routine twice. My migraine weakened enough that I was able to go to sleep, and even though I woke up with it still hurting, it’s not so bad that I can’t focus on anything else. This video is helpful, but if your headache is bad enough, it won’t remove it completely. That said, thank you for this video
