Well I wanna get a short haircut but my face is kinda chubby so at the 28th day I'll decide if I'll get it or not. Also cuz why not Day 18: ✅ Did it kinda later tho but oh well. I did this when I woke up, when I got to school, beginning of every class, when I got home and right before I went to bed. I drank a lot of water and did a 7 minute workout in the morning at night. I have seen great difference in my face and body. Just remember, you did not gain all your weight in one day. Don't expect to lose it all in one day.

I’m a skinny person but my cheeks have always been on the chubbier side. I started doing this facial exercise for a little over a month now and im definitely seeing some progress. I always do this every night after i wash my face and do my skincare and its best to do it like that. This video actually works, but i feel like i would have seen quicker results if I drank more water and ate less sweet and salty foods.

when you skinny but your face is ⭕️ I’ll update you weekly, feel free for any questions:)) One Week Edit- so I’ve been consistent of doing this everyday and I can tell a little bit, face fat is slimming down but I haven’t got the jawline much, overall there is a difference but not a huge difference. :) Edit- I’ve stopped doing this, from what I’ve done my face is a little more shaped but I was not consistent and won’t be doing this any longer, I may do it in the future but no, I will not update anymore:( take time to yourself when you need it

I’ve been doing this exercise for a week now and I’m definitely seeing some results. I’ve memorized the steps so I usually do them 2-3 time during the day then I repeat again at night and I also do the massage only at night. My face is starting to look slimmer and I’m feeling more confident about my face :) edit: I kinda forgot about it for a while but my face definitely looks more defined and slimmer even after not doing them for a while plus before I forgot i had done them for like 50-60 days.

It doesnt matter how young u r, if youre unconfident u should do what u can to feel better abt urself and there is nothing wrong with that. Kids brains arent developed to care about their looks or anything liek that when theyre young , but you are probably very mature so youve developed a mature way of thinking. Everyone is insecure about themselves, so you should do the best you can to become confident in yourself, no matter what the way is

doing this for 31 days !! Day 1: I did it, I feel nothing but it felt nice and it was simple :) Day 2: basically same thing from day 1 Day 3: Obviously no changes yet but I'm waiting patiently and I'm excited to see the results if it works :) Day 4: I'm really hoping this works, I see no changes and I saw the comments saying it works so I'm hoping this will work Day 5: It's almost been a week! Day 6: It's just only been almost a week and I kinda feel and see a SLIGHT difference, barely though! We're getting there!! Slowly :) Day 7: I missed a day since I was tired and lost motive and fell asleep, but I managed doing it 2 times today. And tbh, I'm really seeing a difference, just a slight difference though, it's actually noticeable and seeable and definitely better from last week.. I'm really excited to see the results when I finish this!! just 24 more days to go!!! Day 8: this is by far the best I've done with any exercises since I suck at them, and I'm honestly really proud of myself, I can see myself forming a slight jawline and I'm getting excited!!! Day 9: I'm kinda almost 2 weeks in !! It's getting annoying doing this everyday but it's worth it :) Day 10: I'm doing exercises along with this!!! Day 11: I almost missed today but did it!! I'm doing pretty well so far!!! Day 12: unbelievable I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks! I'm definitely seeing some changes :) This is it so far, I'll update you guys tomorrow

Here is for people who what to know if this works. YES IT DOES. I did this about 1 to almost 2 weeks and the results were shocking I didn't expect fort it to work this fast and effectively. My cheeks lost fat and its quite noticeable and all my family members noticed it . I did this everyday sometimes morning sometimes night. I didn't follow any diet but I did consume less sugar and salt and avoided sodas I chew gum at times and I walked everyday for exercise . If you follow this properly you'll get your results. I started this on the 9th of June 2022. Here’s what I’ve been doing: It’s currently been a week and I’ve noticed my cheeks have been getting smaller, but I could be doing it more times a day. Whenever I’m on the couch doing nothing I would do the yoga part of it (which is all I do anyways). I’m going to do it for the rest of the month and give a report of every day. 14th:👍🏽 I did it when I woke up! (And on the couch all day) 15th:👍🏽 Waking up and doing this again! 16th: 👍🏽We were kinda in a rush this morning, but I did it! 17th:👍🏽 I followed along with the video! 18th: 👍🏽Back at it again, face is starting to slim up. 19th:👍🏽This is a slow process tho, but it’s all good! @@ang3l.v599 Honestly, it’s working slowly. It might take more than 14 days for your face to look like you want it to. Consistency is key tho. The changes might not be noticeable for a while, but they’ll come.

(just a side note I did this twice a day and I did a diet along with it so my results might be different! :) Im updating everyday after the second exercise) *Day 1* : I only did it once today because I started at the end of the day, I don't see any changes but thats okay since its only the first day :) *Day 2* : im starting to see a change. its not very big, but my face fat is starting to lessen and my jawline is starting to become clearer! *Day 3* : same *Day 4* : my face fat is slimmer and my jawline is clearer. not a huge difference but we're getting there

Hello, I start going hybrid at school on November 8, which is exactly a month away lol. Im pretty skinny but that doesn't mean my face is skinny. I will be updating the days starting today. Day 1: No changes. But my cheeks are kind of burning. Day 2: Still no changes. Day 3: No changes... Day 4: I noticed my face was a little off and my sis was like, "Yo, did you put on makeup to make ur face look skinnier?" I laughed at that. Day 5: Sorry guys, forgot to update. So in day 5, I basically got rid of everything except for the fat below my chin. Day 6: I noticed a slight difference in my chin. Day 7: I got my desired results. I got rid of my cheek fat and chin fat, but I would definitely keep going if it's a serious problem for you. It wasn't much of an issue for me, so my desired result were easy to get.

Gonna do this for a month 😌💕 I’m also gonna try to do this twice a day :) Day 1: ✅ I can definitely feel my muscles tighten a bit so that gives me hope! Day 2: ✅ I did it twice today one in the morning and one at night after my skincare routine and my cheeks feel very tight! Day 3: ✅ did it twice today like yesterday and my cheeks feel tight again. No real significant results yet but it’s only day 3 😅 Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day6: ✅ only did it once today since it got super late :) Didn’t do it yesterday since I lost motivation 😭, but I’ll get back on it 💕

im not gonna lie, this helped me ALOT! I can finally see my cheekbones start to appear and my face fat isnt quite fully gone yet (i've been doing this strictly for 3 weeks) but i see results and I love how fast its going. I bet if I do this everyday for the entire summer i'll look cute in school next year 😁😁😁

@@tiedan9602 I would say yes it does but u have to maintain it a bit x I’ve been doing other exercises for abs and drinking more water which also helps to lose weight but you will gain it back quicker if u leave it for ages without doing it if that makes sense xx

I've been doing these exercises & massages for eight days (3 times a day: morning, afternoon and evening). I can already see a difference! I'll keep doing it this week but I don't know if I'm going to continue doing it frequently after this week, I'm proper busy. I'll update on Sunday. Sorry for not updating I was really busy but yeah it definetly works and my face is way slimmer, I still do it twice a day and will keep doing it as long as I can

Alright so I will be doing this exercise for two weeks and update you everyday!!! Just wanted to say that my whole body is slim but my face is the chubby part of the body so I am doing this exercise Day 1 ✅ - did all the exercises pretty well and as we know we never get results on the first day so let's keep doing this and see the results!! Day 2 ✅ - DONE!! well after completing the exercise my face is feeling tight not gonna lie I can already see a bit of result I am very excited to keep on doing this for two weeks!!! Day 3 ✅ - Did it and it felt more easy to do!!! Day 4 ✅ - I'M SEEING THE PROGRESS!! my chubby cheeks are slowly disappearing! 3 more days to complete a week!

REDOING THIS ** 5/30/22 day 1: no difference, wasnt rlly paying attention day 2: still not convinced anything changed day 3: seems like my face is slimmer but ithink its the illusion of how it looks during the exercise day 4: not seeing much difference day 5: seems kinda more refined but still chubby idk day 6: is kinda slimmer arnd cheeks part, not seeing much tho day 7: i can visibly see less chubbiness in my cheeks like next to my side hairline? this shit insane day 8 (week 2): kinda the same as yesterday day 9 (week 2): ive been drinking more water and eating healthier this wk as well i hope it affects day 10: (week 2) im feeling like theres less cheek to rub? and i look way better already i think this really works yall day 11: (week 2) still same same used up last of my cream ; (( day 12: (week 2) had to leave on short notice on that day didnt do massage part day 13: (week 2) got new cream can kinda notice the gaps getting bigger? also im doing this for the whole month of june day 14: (week 2) THE RESULTS R REAL YALL OMGGGG i can feel how much my cheeks are slimmer now pls try this out if you have the time and commitment it really does work pair it with drinking a lot of water and reasonable food choices

I’m going to update once a week for month with any progress. I’m doing this two times in the morning and two times at night. Day 7: Definitely noticing an improvement. It may not be major right now but I guarantee after a while I will see a huge improvement. This is not an overnight process. Day 14: Y’all the results are coming in slowly but surely! My cheeks are really chubby I think I just need a little bit more time for my face to slim ☺️. Day 21: y’all these exercises are really working omg 😭😭 I think I’m gonna do them for 2 months for even better results Day 28: My face is slimming okayyy 😭💅🏾 When I take videos/pictures I can definitely see a difference! I’ll keep doing the exercises for another month but I won’t be updating anymore. Wishing you all the best!

i’ve been doing this, it’s been a week and i already see slight changes, yes this does work. the first five days i did it i did it twice. if your cheeks are slightly bigger or chubbier i’d suggest doing it twice to see results within 1-2 weeks! 😁😁

Been doing this for about five weeks w/ a before and after pic. Definitely works!! I didnt watch the video every time so i only did the 5 of the exercises and did all of the massages. i forgot to do it a couple of times so it didn’t work as fast for me. But i definitely see a GOOD change!! :D

doing this! im actually a very skinny person i just have a baby face so im gonna try this and ill give updates! update: this is five months later, and i personally did not see much of a change. i did this exercise for two months before giving up. i recommend a gua sha instead, though! :-)
