@@Advocateattorney With less weights and less reps but proper posture, yeh boht low impact exercise ban jata hai. Jiska matlab hai isey aap roz kar sakte hain at the end of your weighted workout or cardio. Har din karoge aur low fat and sugar diet maintain karoge toh isse better koi exercise nahi. Do this and russian twist, ek saal mein aapki obliques dekh kar jalenge launde

hi i am around 6 foot and used to weight 76 kgs... i am an ectomorph high metabolism.... i changed my diet reduced to 73 kgs in 1 month. As for dinner i am having only 4 chapatis and raw cabbage 150-200 grams ... and oats in the breakfast... with a regular lunch... still i havent been able to have a flat tummy there is still some soft flabby fat around my waste... i feel like given all the effort lost on my size but still no use i cant loose further more weight... looking really thin, though my muscle definition has improved like my arms chest and shoulders traps.... they look good but want to have a good core. plz suggest.

Hello Sir, Hope you doing well! I am following your instructions and do all the workouts as suggested by you. Earlier I was having 86kgs and after 6 months I loosen 14-15kgs and now I am 72kgs. Now its almost 10mnt I am doing gym and after 6months my weight is not reducing. If you can help me to get a proper shap physic, will be really thankful. I would like to tell you my routine that I am doing night shift job and after completing my job @ 3:30am I go to gym at 5:30 and spend almost an hour then I use to sleep for 5-6 hours.. If you can make a video with a routine for those who do night shift.. what should be their diet and how to achieve a fit body like you... ;) will be looking to hear from you. Thank you! :-)
