A short Video about “How To Heal Yourself?”
Healing here is not only healing as individuals, but also as a collective, healing as a community. When you come to practice as a sangha (Community), you feel like One connected to others, and others feel connected to you. You feel nourished, healed, and supportive.
When you know how to breathe mindfully, how to move and practice mindfully, you will feel the healing energies inside of yourself, and the healing energies around the world. Each movement, you can produce energies of Healing. You feel healed in your heart, and the same time healed Ancestors in your heart, and healed together with the Sangha ( Community).
Hopefully this can inspire you to enjoy Qigong Exercise daily.
