Underrated comment. Its spelled natto btw, for those searching :) + Shio koji (salty rice koji ) as marinate, to add salt flavor and as umami flavor + amazake (probiotic sweetener from koji enzymes that digest grains like rice, barley, wheat etc) + kvass - beetroot ferment + any lacto fermented (salt brine fermented) vegetable + water kefir + mushrooms - not a ferment but wildly underestimated food

I literally can not eat any of these foods because they instantly trigger a migraine ! Any5hing fermented triggers migraines !! What to do ?????

Best and well-known probiotic food is leftover cooked rice soaked overnight in water preferably in claypot .Drink this water separately and have rice with curd and pickle . It is age-old recipe all over India and best probiotic .

Thanks for this info. The antibiotic course post Covid has played havoc with my lactobacillus balance and am having a hard time rebuilding it because curds - buttermilk give me sinus and migraines. I’ll definitely try this out. Thanks again 🙏 🤞
