No, you still show up. You don't want to be the reason the meeting didn't happen. I have had this scenario, and the prospect showed on time saying she never saw the msgs. Maybe the phone number was wrong, but you lost the sale because you didn't bother to show up yourself. I started using multi platform threads if I have more than 1 way to contact them (sms, whatsapp, FB messenger, etc.)
