I'm a beginner and I was so frustrated with my beaded rope. I really got no feeling for it. Now I have a heavier rope and I love the sound. Now I jump only when it hits the ground and it works much better. Greetings from Germany. You are great.✌️

@@VibingwithSeher if you are trying to lose weight, i suggest you start lifting weights. Cardio is for your heart and lungs, but lifting will tighten you up and become lean. Of course you will also lose weight running or skipping - it's all about being calorie deficient.

I already ordered a while ago. And just ordered again, from France, but next time I’ll reconsider: 26 additional euros for “customs tax” (from France) is a big turn down. Probably thanks to Brexit, but it makes little sense. Note that such taxes are levied by the carrier, therefore you get scr!Wd 100% of the time. EDIT: next step is shipping from Europe! You are not to blame. Great products and channel.
