I had a weight of 85kg and my maintenance calories were approximately 2700 per day. Within a mere four months, I lost a tremendous amount of fat by reducing my daily caloric intake to only 1000 calories. My dietary regime primarily consisted of boiled eggs consumed whenever I felt hunger pangs. I would often skip my morning meal as I simply did not feel hungry. To supplement my diet, I consumed a vast amount of protein-rich foods such as fish, eggs, and chicken. Once a week, I would indulge in a cheat meal of biriyani. Following this, I would abstain from food for the rest of the day. As a result of these measures, I have successfully acquired abs, notwithstanding my height of 5'8''-5'9''. To complement my dietary regime, I also engaged in physical exercise, doing 100 pushups daily, and 150 reps with 5kg dumbbells in a single set, which I never failed to complete. I was indeed jacked and it took a lot of sacrifices to achieve this. However, I would not recommend this approach as it yielded very rapid results.
