FYI, gluten has nothing to do with GMOs, neither does the estrogen in milk, they are contained naturally. And you recommend higher fat dairy (yoghurt), which actually contains more estrogen, then skimmed milk, because estrogen is fat soluble :))
@WenningStrength3 жыл бұрын
Not true!!! But rock on brother! 😂
@bbszabi3 жыл бұрын
Sorry mate, but you should read some studies on the matter, before making these definitive 'not true' statements. GMO is a nice buzzword nowadays, but that doesn't mean shit by itself. "Analyses by the team of scientists show that, overall, modern wheat varieties contain slightly less protein than old ones. In contrast, the gluten content has remained constant over the last 120 years, although the composition of the gluten has changed slightly.": www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/08/200811120112.htm There are studies on hormones in diary products as well, you might want to look those up too. The estrogen is not going away in the yogurt or cheese, since these are rich in fat, which is the solvent for estrogen. An yes, skimmed milk contains far less estrogen than whole milk.

@@bbszabi end of the day gluten destroys the villi in your intestinal tract, intolerance or not. and im not a fan of dairy either way, but the ancients used the milk from animals to create cheeses, yogurts, etc, and they used to the ENTIRE byproduct of its fermentation, and not highly proccess it to make it "fat free"...ANY dairy product is high in estrogen my guy, youre eating the lactation of a female cow 🤷♂️ but full fat dairy will always be better because of less proccessing bullshit; and the fact that testosterone needs fat to transport itself around the body so thats a plus...if youre eating skimmed dairy youre pretty much getting nothing out if it. but me personally id stay away from most dairy and get your fat and calcium from nuts and seeds(almonds walnuts and chia and hemp and pumpkin seeds being the kings) parm cheese is amazing though because of its high arginine amino acid content
