When I walked him out to his car, I told him I’ll make sure I’ll be there for your 200th birthday also. He cracked up with his little fun laugh he has. He drives the same car I do. As Dr. Alan Goldhamer says “anybody who agrees with me, must be very intelligent.”😁 I hope I have half of his cool when I am hundred years old.💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Regarding turning down food from food pushers, I've found it works to reply, "I'm anorexic." People don't know how to respond and walk away. Yes, any sized person can say this. 🙂

Thank you so much. I don’t recall how I happened upon one of your videos recently l, but I’m sure glad I did. I ordered two of your books this week and can’t wait to get them. I was diagnosed with HBP and told that I’m pre-diabetic a few years ago, so I’m praying that I can make the necessary dietary changes to improve my health including reducing my sodium and sugar intake. I’m currently searching for some organic seasonings without sodium, sugar, or any other added ingredients. Do you have a brand that you’d recommend?
