I went to the doctor and my LDL was 203. He told me to get healthy. No alcohol, exercise daily, lose weight... and no more Little Caesars, fast food, red meat, and sugar. He said eat salads, fruit, veggies, protein shakes, and chicken breast. I followed his orders and lost 30 pounds in 3 months and now my LDL is 97!

so I had 264 cholesterol and the other one is high too both high. My doctor wanted to start me on Lipitor, which ruins the muscles in your legs and I said no she said OK. Well, let’s do a heart scan and see how much plaque is in your arteries well, I took the heart scan and she called me. She said you have zero plaque in your arteries and the reason why is because I was drinking a half cup to one cup of pomegranate juice a day for a month then after that, I started drinking it a couple times a week plus I would take pomegranate tablets four times a week but the first month you keep drinking it❤❤

I was drinking Pom pomegranate juice, but sometimes it’s hard to find if they’re out of it so I went to the pomegranate tablets you get at the Health food store take that twice a day every day for a month and you’ll be as clean as a whistle. I buy source naturals pomegranate extract tablets they are slim and easy to swallow. You can take it on an empty stomach won’t bother you at all and I take it twice a day and clean out your arteries and veins just like a Drano does to your pipes. also keep plaque out of your brain.

Your cholesterol was never even high, just borderline okay. And at only 25, it’s not an issue. At 70, I can see the need to control and monitor. I know people with 320 and up total cholesterol, and that’s a little high if you’re elderly. Cholesterol is essential for life, it’s often given a bad reputation in order to boost medication sales

I have never met my present doctor, when my former doctor passed in 2020 I was assigned to another doctor in his office. Have had no issues so have had no in person visits but every year they call me and I under go bloodwork. I have had no CV incidents nor is there a family history. I am 5' 10" 170 lbs or less and my morning BP is 100/60. My resting HR in the AM averages 66 BPM. After my most recent bloodwork ( non fasting and when i had a cold ) I received a call from a nurse in the office and said because my LDL was 4.25 , no other numbers were given, i(.e. total cholesterol or HDL ) and that i was at risk for a heart event and i should go on statins. ALL other measured tests in my bloodwork were normal. I refused. DO you think I could lower my LDL from the steps in your presentation ? My diet is normal and baanced. Thanks peter

Cholesterol essential for health: It is 30% of the cell membrane where it provides fluidity and transport functions; it is the precursor for the production of testosterone, oestrogen and Vitamin D. As dietary cholesterol is esterified it is very poorly absorbed in the gut and so has little effect on blood cholesterol. Therefore the body has to make most of the cholesterol it needs. The organ with the most cholesterol is the brain, which is why a diet high in saturated fats cures epilepsy.
