Love love love this. Me and my fiancé might just make our ceremony rings. I'm a college student who fell in love when life wasn't perfect. So instead of waiting until things are perfect me and my now fiancé or gonna go for it. So I really should thank you for this video. Making our rings will help us save money and it will have way way more sentimental value than something store bought.

I already was subscribed and I thumbs up'ed the video before I even got to the part where you ask me to. I like jewelry but I do not wear a lot of it. My ring size is 5 3/4 (usa). I would wear the ring in replacement of my wedding ring because it's too big now and cost £60.00 to resize. So, I've not had a wedding ring for about two years now. sad face. And for a fact about me.....I am new to healthy eating/living but already love it with a passion! I love being creative and I paint. Here is an idea...why don't I paint you a picture and you make me a ring. :P Lots of love and blessings.

I watched your wonderful video today and I do believe it has given me the inspiration to begin making jewelry. I have been thinking about doing this for about 5 years! I even have purchased supplies...but not made a single item as of yet. I was a graphic designer for about 11 years and then, after having 3 children...decided to go to nursing school and become a nurse. I have been a nurse now since 1996 (yikes)! I completely abandoned my former artist life. All the while, especially in the last few years, I have noticed a growing unhappiness inside me. I can only think that it has to do with the lack of creating. I visit the beach often and love looking for interesting bits and pieces of shell, coral, rock. I often thought these would be so beautiful made into jewelry using sterling silver. So now it is time to get to work! Thankyou for inspiring me! You are a lovely young lady and your rings are beautiful too! Kimberly

This was perfect, I've been making jewelry since 2010, when I started with a spiral necklace, then some beading, and other seed bead jewelry. I loved them all but had always known that I wanted to make metal jewelry as my goal. About 3 years ago I fell in love with Beaded Kumihimo, which is now my favorite way of using seed beads, the next step was wire weaving. Now, I have finally reached my goal of using metal! My first ring is a copper wrap ring, no soldering needed. What fun it was to take a flat piece of metal and shape and texture it! Using the torch was not as intimidating as I thought it would be either. My sister-in-law loved my ring and wants me to make her a silver ring. Argggg, what would I do, I can't go to My local hardware store to buy silver rods or tubes, and I was not sure the form of silver to use, a sheet? What gauge? A rod? Where do I find that? So, I went to KZbin and just found your video, perfect timing! Thanks so much!

Thank you so so much for this video, I've began looking into silver smithing and I wasbgetting nervous with the thoughts of acids and chemicals but this shows how easy it is to make a gorgeous ring! X

What a wonderful video, you made me feel like I could really do this. I start a 2-day clinique learning silversmithing and you have by far the best how to around. Thank you so much I am currently working on reusing broken jewelry and second-hand pieces for steampunk.
