@@veganmichele Thank you so much for sharing this😍 I have CRPS (a Inflam/Pain disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) & I get Inflam in both legs/feet & Spine , So this is extremely helpful ,to include these amazing foods in my diet , & am basically a Plant based/Vegan & I'm always looking for foods to include that really make a difference , & this is an amazing recipe! I definitely need to get more protein & love that you added the Lentils!❤ I have a quick quest. ~ What do you think of Chick Peas? Would they be considered a good anti ~Inflam Plant based protein source? Tyia I just subbed your ch.& am so glad I found you! I shared this with friends & fam. & Others that have trouble w/Inflam, I know that they will love this! TY💕🏵️

Thank you for all the great recipes, Michele! I just watched this and several other bowl videos. To stay on track i like to prep on Sun for M-F. Do you think the bowls would hold up through the week if made ahead? Do they lose nutrition? (Obviously have to wait on cutting avocado, but otherwise?) Maybe I need to do a midweek prep. 🤔😄

Hi Kelly! So glad the videos have you some ideas. Ideally, for nutrient retention a midweek prep would be better to add in with the produce, but I feel it’s always good to do the best you can in the season you’re in with the resources you have. So if you have time mid week, awesome, and if not do your best with what you prep today for the week.

You can definitely triple it. It’s no added fat so that would be fine.

I was always told by many nutritionist that we shouldn’t add fruits with actual food ..

If you have problems with food combining, you can absolutely be more intentional with it by doing fruits first as they digest the quickest. This recipe is just a fun twist on summer produce available, and of course you can eat with proper food combining if it suits you best.
