Ingredients:
6 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup hot water
** Brown sugar, date sugar or even coconut sugar works.
** Make sure you use either warm or hot water. Cold water will not work as it will crystallize the sugar. Be very careful when adding the water to a avoid getting burn. This is very hot!!!
** Can double or triple his recipe to make more.
** Once cool down a bit place browning in an airtight container and store in your refrigerator.
** Make sure stove is on a medium to low heat. You want to make your browning slowly but surely.
** Things like this can be easily made at home and most times it’s out of convenience why we opt for store bought. Homemade will always be better.

All browning sauce is sugar and water 😂🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m glad I came to KZbin, instead of going to the market for the sauce😂🤦🏾‍♀️ Thank you ❣️😌🙏🏾

thanks! I didn't have white sugar so I used coconut sugar, and it worked great. I didn't realize how much smoke it would make (we don't have a kitchen fan!), so I had to take it outside to finish stirring. Since the pot was still hot, the caramel continued to burn for a bit even off the heat of the stove. The smell reminds me of burnt marshmallows over the camp fire :)

@AuthenticPlantbasedEats

In some cases the molasses work. The browning is more so great for savory dish and the molasses is great for sweets although both can be use at the same time for instance to make bbq sauce.
