Your mother is adorable. I love watching her cook and the loving interaction between you two. I love that she was looking out for Satoshi because she knows you always take the first bite while Satoshi looks on with his mouth open. =] I grateful that she is a "lazy genius." I don't really cook, I fix food (I can sling around a few ingredients around to make dinner.) I think I can "fix" this. Thanks for the recipe. Fortunately, we have an amazing International market in our city that stocks foods and fresh ingredients from all over the world (we can even get durian). Japanese sweet potato is a stable and I love them. I'll be sure to try them this way.
