Thank you for always making some recipes with coconut flour options. I live in Indonesia and almond flour is wayyy more expensive than coconut flour. So it hurts my wallet whenever a recipe uses a large amount of almond flour lol. Again, thank you sooo much!

I just made the cakey almond flour recipe and boy oh boy is it amazing. I have been spending a ridiculous amount for a cakey brownie at a local bakery. I have tried numerous keto brownie recipes hoping one would come close, but I haven’t had any luck, UNTIL NOW. This is almost spot on. And the fact that is so easy is another big bonus. I am so excited to have found this recipe, not to mention the money I will be saving. Thanks so much for sharing such a delicious recipe.

We made the fudgy, but substituted Lily's dark chocolate chips instead of the Lindt, to reduce carb count and eliminate any added sugar. Our Wal-Mart now carries Lily's and Bake Believe chocolate chips for far less then online prices. Both erythritol/stevia sweetened. We try to stay away from almond flour, and all your coconut flour recipes look great. Thank you so much for developing and posting them. We will have to try many more.

I made the fudgy brownie because I have always like the texture of that type of brownie and it was amazing. I placed cacao powder instead of unsweetened coco powder so, 20 grams of cacao and placed 100g of 85% lindt because I couldnt find the 90% and it was so chocolatey and still had the same affect as the normal recipe. Also put monk fruit combined with erythritol. Absolutely delicious. It is my new go to keto dessert for those sweet days. Thank you thank you 🙂

Hi Elsie, I'm glad to chance upon ur channel. Thanks a lot for the recipes too. I noticed a yellow liquid seeping out after i added in the second egg. I'm not sure is it the fats or butter. So i heat the batter up a bit and it went smooth again. Towards the end before i pour the batter into the mold, the yellow liquid appeared again. I am wondering is it because i took too long and the batter cooled down so the butter starts seeping out? My fudgey brownie is baking in the oven now. Nevertheless I hope it works!!
@lowcarbrecipeideas3 жыл бұрын
Hi Agnes, I believe you could have overheated the chocolate mixture while trying to melt it. This will cause the chocolate to split resulting in the fats seeping out of the cocoa butter..The chocolate mixture sd be quickly removed just after melted. Sometimes, we can even remove the pan before the chocolate is totally melted and just stir until it is melted. I hope the brownie still turns out OK.
@agnesss3 жыл бұрын
@@lowcarbrecipeideas i see. i may have over heated it. i already tried not to but i guess practice makes perfect! in the end the brownie turns out a bit dry, i had to pour out the fats as they are overflowing in the mold. i put them in the fridge and eat them cold, it is pretty good! thanks again i will try to make them again :)

Just love this recipe!!!🤤💕 Also i have a question, does the container matter when it comes to the baking of the brownies? I mean for example Im planning on putting it in a different pan (round one if I like to make a cake)? Pls advise. Or if ever what whould you suggest I do? (Is changing the temp also fine in this case, if so how to measure?) I really want to make a cake out of this recipe its just the the shape of the pan i think would affect the doneness of the brownie?
@lowcarbrecipeideas3 жыл бұрын
It's fine to use a round pan but it's better to make the cake shallow as they cook quite fast. Over cooking will make the cake dry. Also please follow the same temperature thanks.
