Did not expect the cake to turn out so delicious! Substituted the cream cheese for mascarpone instead and I think that made a big difference. Will definitely be making again!

Out of all these years watching your videos and keeping up with your recipes. I first time ever seen this Tiramisu video. & I want to say that this video make me feel as if I was inside your kitchen and you were teaching me (like my mom did). I love the details you kept talking about and all the sides being recorded. Thx Natasha for your time putting up these recipes, especially the Ukrainian/Russian. It's so much easier when it's all in English already... because my mom only tells me in our Native language. Its harder to wright it down, i mix it with ukrainian/russian/english and then when im about to cook at home, I 1st try to first to figure out what i wrore down. Ha bumer. I made this for guests yesterday and O M G! Beautiful, light, delicious. It was loved by every body. I made my change to the sponge and substituted 1/4 cup of flour with corn starch. I will certainly make this my special dessert!

Thank you. I love your recipe with simple ingredients and its the most tasty cake I ever made. the only thing I changed out was the icing - I switched out sugar for condensed milk (3 tbsp), and reduced whipping cream to 1/2 cup

I would also use the tube and pipe an ornimtal edge at the bottom where the cake meets the plate just to cover any imperfections that would be present.
