Hey... so this was an old video and I no longer recommend it due to radiation. I recommend putting a bowl of boiling water in your oven before so that when you place dough to rise it will do the same job as the microwave. So please do this and not use the microwave again. thank you.😍

I can put my head on a block for this comment....Every time I use your recipes, they always come out perfect....EVERYTIME. My 11year old son is also into cooking and loves to follow your instructions to the last detail. This phulorie is truly on point and my entire family is impressed with this recipe. Awww thank you... tell your son a big thank you... I also dont use the microwave wave anymore I now use my oven and put a bowl of hot water in the oven and it works better.... the microwave isn't safe.... I am so happy you enjoyed it.... thank you!

I know this is a old video but it was recommended and as I watched yo make the dough and the hand technique of dropping the dough is how I see some African cooks make this they call it puff puff it can be sweet with added ripen plantains with cinnamon and Nutmeg added to the batter or rolled in cinnamon and sugar.

You can make a warm environment in your oven. Low temp for 2mins and leave it. Oven holds temp better than microwave.

Butterfly Girl yes you can. Grate them really fine so there are no chunks. I usually add garlic only and it is yummy. Add it to saheena too. I don’t follow recipes just the usual “averaging” as a true Trini cook😀.
