Watching over and over. It's so expensive to make. I don't want to make a mistake again. In my town it costs $10 for 32 oz. Without sides. Used to buy gallons for $9 from Dallas tortilla factory years and years ago. In their old location we could. Take our own pot and purchase by the pit full. They stopped around 1988. Anyway I enjoy menudo.

Do you taste a big difference between pigs feet vs beef feet? In my area pig feet are easier to get.
