I came upon your recipe today and tried it today. Boi that phoulorie was the best I’ve ever made. Soft and pillowy. The only thing is that I made half the recipe and it was gone in an instant. I added a dust of anchar masala approx 1/8 tsp or less and shadow Beni to the chutney which took it to another level. Thank you for this recipe

She needed to use a food grade preservative. If you place it in the fridge with the sauce it can last a bit longer without out the preservative
