Woooow that plantain leaves is everything oo. You people are blessed to come accross it. Love that you cleaned the leaves carefully. Cooking it in a steamer pot is everything . 1 HOUR later perfection and delish. Awesome colour 😋😋❤️

I must applaud you for successfully carrying this out from start to finish. From drying the plantain and turning it into powder and blending and then drying the plantain leaves to washing them before explaining the leaves method and also the little plastic container method; ahhh my beautiful sister YOU TOO TRY. 👏👏👏👏 well executed job. Weldone. At the end the result is super. ❤️❤️

This is so yummy. I love the 2nd method. Thank you so much ma. Since I dont know how to wrap the plantain leaf , I will put the leaf to spread on the plastic and add the Moimoi inside so I get the leaf aroma

Awww everything about Rozy kitchen is so unique and lovely. Waw this is another way to enjoy ripe and I ripe plantain together,I think this banana leaves can serve as a replacement for Uma leaves. You did wrap is well,I love the first method because the process is easier.

They got cooked at the same time because they were being steam cooked but you need to leave it to cook between 50 mins to an hour. Thanks for watching Vernon 💕

The original method had beans, a special kind of beans native to Bini and it had the sweet taste, absolutely delicious; they did not add fish or eggs, just that beans. Apparently they’re extinct, that’s what my late aunt told me. When they made it, it was dark brown in color and really delicious.

Instead of drying the leaves on the stove just put them in a big bowl boil very hot water and pour on them . Let the hot water cover the leaves
