Good one, Chef Rick! I am a big fan of french fries. Outta da park!

Hi Chef Rick, first of all thank you for sharing your delicious recipes & cooking demos with us 🙏, & secondly can you advise what type of chicken powder you use, have only ever used chicken cubes in my cooking, so not too sure about the powdered chicken stock. Will definitely try making these 😋👌

As my below comment says, we are trying to learn how to do burgers and fries at home. Because it's just too expensive in AMerica to go out and eat at fast food (especially restaurants) now. We can't spend $10 bucks for just a simple burger at Whataburger or somewhere. So, tens of thousands of people (probably millions) are coming onto KZbin, and we are learning from the Greats (and good chefs like you too, Rick) how to cook at home. Because we've got too many mouths to feed and just can't pay the marked-up prices that the fast food chains are charging now.

How many grams of chips per this amount of flavouring please? Also, why is there no salt when it’s salt and pepper chips?

Sorry, but I am confused. I wish you'd have shown how to make the fries too. I was wondering if you cut them from your own potatoes, or if you just got them out of the bag.

Any recommendations for the best Chicken Powder ? I was thinking of getting LKK chicken powder the red label with msg

I'm in the UK and just use a Tesco powder. The Chicken powder just adds some depth, its not the primary flavour so honestly, any will do. Enjoy!
