Ingredients:
500 grams of beef.
1.5 kg of pork.
Also add 500 g pork belly. I cut off a pork tenderloin.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of dry garlic.
1/2 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon sugar.
45 g nitrite salt.
250 ml cold water.
