When you think of Spanish cuisine, you think of paella, which uses a lot of seafood. Here are some recipes that make the most of the seafood's flavor. All you need is squid, shrimp, and clams, which are easy to find at any supermarket. Even if you don't have a paella pan or order it from a restaurant, it's surprisingly easy to make! You can enjoy authentic flavors at home. Please try using this recipe.
🔶Ingredients🔶 Serves 4
Squid: 2 cups (1 cup if large)
Shrimp: 5
Clams: 200g
Rice: 2 cups
Chopped tomatoes: 150g
Onion: 1/4
Garlic: 1.5 cloves
Lemon: 1/2
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Olive oil: to taste
White wine: 100g
Water: 600g

Other than taurine, squid and shrimp have high protein and low fat content as common nutrients. As mentioned in the video, paella uses white rice as carbohydrates, squid and shrimp as protein, and olive oil, which contains unsaturated fatty acids, so I think it has a good balance of the three major nutrients.
