It seems you skipped the step where you show how much of the colored pigment and iridescent powder to mix together. Sure we can ultimately decide ourselves but given how rarely the iridescent powders are used, that's a step that in my opinion shouldn't be overlooked.

I wanted to make this ring really light blue, so I tried to add a small amount of the neon blue glow powder to the iridescent pigment. The neon blue gets pretty dark blue when you wet it with the CA. Hope that helps a bit!

Play around with different proportions until you get the amount you like. Mix a small amount of the two powders then do a test by putting a little powder on a paper plate and putting a drop of CA on it. When it dries, you can see how intense the color is. I want to try this ring with hardly any blue, so it looks really glacier-like. But I still want it to glow, so hummm.... I'll do some tests.
